Standards & guidance

Publishing Policies

Clear expectations for authors, reviewers, editors and readers.

01

Publication Ethics

Authors must submit original work, report methods and results accurately, disclose competing interests and acknowledge every material source of support. Editors make decisions independently and protect the confidentiality of submissions and reviews.

02

Open Access Policy

Studiumpress supports broad access to scholarly work. Article-level licence details are displayed with each publication so readers understand how material may be accessed, shared and reused.

03

Peer Review Process

Manuscripts first receive an editorial scope and integrity check. Suitable submissions proceed to independent double-blind review by subject specialists. Authors may be invited to respond to comments and revise before a final editorial decision.

04

Author Guidelines

Prepare a clear title, structured abstract, keywords, main text, declarations, references and figure or table captions. Remove identifying material when submitting for blinded review, obtain approvals where required and include a data-availability statement.

05

Plagiarism Policy

Submissions may be screened for text overlap and inappropriate reuse. Quoted or adapted material must be clearly attributed. Suspected plagiarism, duplicate publication or data manipulation is investigated before a decision is made.
